To Submit Your Images and Story

These stories inspire people to take charge of their bodies, their eating habits and make the commitment to bring some changes in their lives.  So when you submit your story, you may be helping untold hundreds of others who are in similar circumstances.

We would love to post your story and pictures on our site.  If you would like to share your journey through the physique transformation process, please submit you images and story to info@physiquetransformation.com.  
 
We want to keep your story in your own words, so with the exception of spelling mistakes, we will not edit your language.  Some people, however, are petrified when it comes to writing.  If this is you, jot down your story, and we will have our editors clean up your writing and submit it back to you to check for accuracy before we post it to the site. 

Make it as short or as long as you like, we'll make room on the site.
 
Once we receive your information, we will post your story the same business day! 
 
If you want, we will included a link to your email address or website in addition to posting your story.  Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, we can suppress your name too.  Just let us know.
 
If you don't know how to email, scan or send your images, just email us and we will make arrangements with you.

Finally, keep in mind that if you are shy and don't what to take before or after shots in a bathing suit, that is perfectly OK with us.
