Allen started off like so many others with this program. At 59 he should have been satisifed that he successfully completed his program, when many guys half his age can't. But Allen turned out to be like no other person so far and went on to set the record for most pounds lost in a single rotation (65) before he was done. You youngsters can learn a lot from this man's singular pursuit of his personal fitness goals. |
