New Year, New You?

Well, it’s that time of year again. Time to reflect on your accomplishments of the past year and time to contemplate what you’d like to accomplish in the coming year. My focus of course is on health and fitness, which is why you might find the following statement a bit unusual: Don’t make a New Year’s resolution to lose weight!

"11 long weeks of conditioning were finally over for me last week. Monday morning I took my first "FB weighin" before I headed off to cardio, then I spent the day thinking "wow, it feels so good to eat 800 calories less" then Tuesday morning I got on the scales and they were down 3 lbs. I figured it might have been an error or exaggerated but sure enough I was back on them this morning and they were still down the 3 lbs - it's an awesome feeling after doing the hard work."
