Weekly Diet Score Rank

The Diet Score Rank widget is a fun way to compare, on a weekly basis, your diet scores to others doing their physique transformations.

The number displayed is your average for the current week, which in PFA terms, always begins on a Monday. So on Monday the score is a single day average, on Tuesday it is a two day average, Wednesday three day and so on. Sunday night at midnight the widget resets itself, and the mini-game begins again. As with all things PFA, Sunday scores are not counted in the weekly average, but it is always a good day to enter your diet on Sunday and earn an A for the day.

Since the score presented is a weekly average, many people have noticed that as the week progresses, the score presented reacts slower and slower to the score you are working on. This is because on Monday your daily score is 100% of the weekly average, on Tuesday half, on Wednesday a third, on Thursday a fourth and so on. So the impact of your score on the week's average decreases as the week progresses.

This is just another way to have some fun and challenge and motivate yourself on a weekly basis, while you’re competing in the three month Fitness League games.

Fitness Leagues is much more extensive and rates your physique transformation with a new parameter called the Fitness Score which is an accumulation of your diet scores, your training sessions and your results.
