and the PFA are now and will forever be a staple in my life.
Lynne Hanks has led me through an amazing transformation.
I
have known Lynne for a long time. She has always been beautiful
but when I saw her last July I was blown away at how toned and cut her
body was. I set some goals, made some changes and was on my
way.
Two months later I was calling Lynne,
frustrated, tired and hungry! I was going about it all wrong,
starving myself and over training my muscles. We immediately
started building my calories, cut out cardio and changed my weight
training to work each muscle group once a week. I was in
heaven! More food and less exercise? Woo Hoo!
The
Fat Burning phase began at the end of December. Some of my
favorite foods were cut out of my diet and cardio was added back in,
but it was all worth it. The scale moved 1.5-2 lbs a week, which
at the time feels slow but to realize what we have accomplished in a
matter of months is amazing. I learned to be very creative with
my cooking and have been enjoying my meals very much.
I am
now in my maintenance phase. When I started with Lynne in
October, 2001 I was a size 16. I am now a size 6. I am very
excited about the 'new' me. I am so looking forward to attaining
bigger and better goals next spring.
I have learned so much about
my body through Lynne and Precision Fitness. I have a new
understanding of calories and exercise and how my body reacts to
each. I feel amazing, healthy, strong and full of energy!
My
transformation was much more than a physical one. I am much more
confident now and am no longer embarrassed to meet new people.
My outlook on life is very positive and I hope I can now be a good example to my daughter.
I
wish I could express my gratitude to Lynne. She and Bart were
very supportive, knowledgeable and motivating throughout the process. I
will be a life long customer of Lynne's and Precision Fitness and will
continue to use the M&M sports nutrition products. I have
told her several times that I envy her job; it must feel so good to
know you have made such a difference in someone's life.
