Allen Carter 's Story...
Hello, my name is Allen Carter and I started my experience with “Physique Transformation in early March 2006 after stumbling over it on the internet while in search of a training system to lose body fat. I had read “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle” a few weeks prior and was intrigued by the body builder’s methods to cut their body fat through clean eating and tweaking their metabolism. “Physique Transformation” turned out to be my key to fat loss success and has given me the knowledge, the tools and the power to finally understand how to effectively use nutrition and exercise to uncover a totally new physique. Being almost 60, having a slow metabolism, or not liking “diet” food are no longer legitimate excuses. Having learned a new way of eating, losing 65 pounds, and reducing my body fat per cent from 35% to 17% has been a valuable education and experience for me. I thought I was well informed when it came to nutritional knowledge but I really had no clue on how to eat smart until going through a full rotation on this program. The benefits I have realized while using the PFA (Personal Food Analyst) software are many. My body weight went from 250 to 185 after 34 weeks. I’m wearing clothing sizes I haven’t been able to wear in 25 years, reducing from a size 44 waist to a very loose fitting 36 and going from XL shirts to medium size. I have been able to stop taking blood pressure medication and cholesterol reducing drugs because my blood profile and physical condition has improved so much. I sleep better, play harder and enjoy my life more than I have in most any other time in my life. My family has benefited from this transformation as well. In addition to having more energy to participate in family activities, I also have a much more positive attitude toward just about everything. My original goal was to reduce my body weight by 70 lbs and body fat to 15% by the time I turn 60 (March, 2007), so I’m not finished yet. I am currently in the maintenance phase temporarily while my body recovers for a few weeks and then my plan is to start one more rotation to reduce the final 10 or so pounds and get down ultimately to12% body fat. I have full confidence that I will achieve my goal because I know this plan works so well. My advice to anyone who wants to improve their health, their looks as well as their emotional well being is read Ric Rooney’s ebook “Secrets of a Professional Dieter”. Follow the 10 secrets in this book and I guarantee you will reap the same benefits I have realized and described to you.
