Understanding the Free Trial Process

In our years of working with people and their diets, the two principal problems are...

 

1.       They have no idea how they got there.  (They always think they do, but they never really have a clue!)

2.       They have no serious plan to take them to where they want to be.  (Even so-called experts rarely have a plan)

 

During the free trail, the Personal Food Analyst addresses these two problems.  It performs an analysis of your existing diet and gives you a road map to follow to achieve your physique transformation goals.  The program takes into account your current eating habits as well as your goals before it generates the your individualized program.  At the end of the 5-Day trail, you will have our "secret sauce."  We give it away for free!  We feel that it is so critical that people understand our process that we don't charge for the information.  If you want to do the program by yourself, be our guest, however we think that the feedback, help, time savings, and support we give you along the way is worth the $7.97 per month.

 

During the 5-Day free trial process, you will be doing the following:

 

Day 1:

 

The first day you use the program, we want you to play around with the software.  Set up your profile, modify your profile and see how it affects your goals.  Enter the foods you eat for the day and see how they compare to the profile you set up.  Have fun; try to get an "A" score (99% of users can't even get a B the first day!)  Spend a few minutes and read the first few chapters of our free book Secrets of a Professional Dieter.

 

Days 2 through 4: 

 

Start a Physique Transformation Program.  For the next several days, you will be entering all (we mean all) the food you eat into the PFA.  You are to eat as honestly as you can.  Don't cheat and eat extra lean or reduce your calories to try to fool the program.  Remember it is just software, and it will give you back the facts without making any judgments about you, so don't cheat!  We MUST know where you got where you are in order to take you where you want to go!

 

1.       The PFA will determine the number of calories you eat on a typical day.  This number is arrived at by taking the total number of calories consumed divided by the number of days you collected data.

2.       The PFA will find out where your calories are coming from.  Protein, Carbs, Fat and Alcohol are the four sources of calories in your diet.  From the data collected we will give you your average P/C/F/A ratio and then compare it to your target P/C/F ratio (we don't give targets for Alcohol for obvious reasons).

3.       The PFA will evaluate the consistency of your diet.  Are you sending mixed signals to your metabolism by eating 1000 calories one day then 3000 the next?  Disaster!

 

Once the PFA knows what got you where you are, the program can give you a roadmap to fix your problems.  There is no way that you can skip this step.  You absolutely have to provide this information to have a stunning physique transformation!

 

The complete program will take you through day-by-day and tell you everything you need to do to successfully complete a program.

 

1.       How long you must condition your metabolism

2.       How many weeks of fat burning in your program

3.       Precise Weekly and Daily P/C/F Ratios

4.       Precise Weekly and Daily Caloric Objectives
