Last day of Diet Analysis!!

I'm excited to start my Conditioning Phase tomorrow! I'm interested to see how it all works; I've ready everything and think I'm ready. I have about 150 lbs to lose - I would think my body would be primed to lose fat fast so I'm hoping the conditioning phase sets me up for some great fat loss!!!

Good Morning AnnMarie! Welcome to this community of like-minded people. I hope you will share your journey with us. Many of us have found that the blogging is an important part of the program. There are things we can share here that are difficult to explain to others in our life that don't stuggle with food issues. As you move on, try to complete more biographical info so it helps us fellow bloggers suggest things we think may help, if we see we are in a similar place in our lives. Have a great new day!~Maxine~

Welcome AnnMarie. Hold on to your hat..you're in for quite a ride! Take time to explore every button on the page & every message you can read. Read the ebook, listen to the pod casts and just dive in. The greatest learning curve is in the beginning but follow your plan and you'll see results, I'm sure. Gwen

MONDAY, MAY 22

Am I awake?

Had a good weekend on the eating. Did not stray too much except for some pizza on Friday. Probably my most successful weekend ever. It didn't hurt that I mostly was just lazy around the house either. Got up this morning and worked out although I'm really not sure how I got to the gym, lifted weights, and went back home. I still feel half asleep.

Ok now, dreaming about working out doesn't count....heheheheh. I know what you mean though. I couldn't get done with the cardio quick enough this morning. Just wasn't into it like I normally am. I'm going to blame it on a lazy Monday.

FRIDAY, MAY 19

Makin Up

Missed my first workout yesterday morning in two weeks so I made up for it this morning. Worked my arms so hard that I could barely drive today. I love it. Now the dreaded weekend is coming. Don't get me wrong, I love the weekend. But I always tend to be a little less organized food wise than I am during the week.

Set 1 15/15, Set 2 20/10, Set 3 25/8, Set 4 30/6
Seated Funny Bar Curls - (lbs/reps)
Set 1 20/10, Set 2 30/10, Set 3 35/8, Set 4 40/4
Hammer Curls - Each arm - (lbs/reps)
Set 1 20/10, Set 2 25/10, Set 3 25/6, Set 4 30/4

Good for you in doing the makeup session. I missed a cardio this morning myself that will have to be made up this afternoon.

And I know what you mean about the weekends. I never take in enough water and it always seems like I'm drinking coffee til noon before I ever start eating.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 17

best worst day of my life

Today's workout was great. You know you've worked your legs enough when you can't hardly walk down stairs First off, I live in Indianapolis. Yesterday was probably the best worst day of my life. I never win anything. Yesterday through my company I won an employee raffle for 2 500 parade tix, 2 tix the the Indy 500 and parking passes. Then I got home and received my finalized divorce papers. How's that for irony.

Sounds like you take the good with the bad and the ups with the downs. Hopefully it will get better for you but I'm sure if you're like any of us divorcee's there are highs and lows and then you finally realize that you'll be ok and life goes on. On the other note, I love it when my trainer pushes me and I can't walk for days!!!! Nothing like loving being tortured.

I don't quite know how to console you on that one, but sometimes having something like a really intensively structured eating program, and all the social support that comes with it can give you something positive to focus on, and keep your mind off of some of the other things. Good luck with the program :0)

MONDAY, MAY 15

Back in the Saddle

It's been a week since I re-started the program. I'm feeling pretty good about it. I'm starting to remember how I used to get all A's and being at the gym at 6am every morning is going ok. I've come to terms with the fact that everything isn't going to taste great but just to suck it up because it's just fuel.
