HELP

OK im in conditioning and fetting the hang of things slowly. Now Im ready to try and tackle m workouts but cant figure out how to get to the area that shows me what I should be doing when. HEEEEEEEEELP!

Two things that will help a lot is the FAQ page and the Secrets eBook. I encourage people to reread these because some of the things it talks about doesn't really mean anything until you are into the program. During conditioning you are supposed to do only resistance work; pilates, yoga, weight lifting. Save the cardio for fat burning. You can do it for 10 minutes for warm up but that is all.

Right now, your goal is to build muscle -- which increases your body's metabolism. It takes more calories for your body to maintain muscle than fat, so the more muscle you build for it to maintain, the better. ~elise
